1. Cancellation by the Client
1.1. Project Cancellation: If you, as the client, decide to cancel a website development project after it has been initiated but before its completion, you may do so by providing written notice to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The following cancellation fees may apply:
- Cancellation within 7 days: A full refund of any upfront payments or deposits will be provided.
- Cancellation after 7 days: A cancellation fee may apply, depending on the progress of the project and any costs incurred by us up to the cancellation date.
1.2. Termination for Cause: In the event that either party materially breaches the terms of a project contract or agreement, the other party reserves the right to terminate the contract, and cancellation fees may apply as specified in the contract.
2. Cancellation by Kuldeep Kaware
2.1. Project Termination: We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a project at any time if circumstances such as non-payment, failure to provide necessary information or materials, or other substantial breaches of the project agreement occur. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with a partial refund of any payments made for services not yet rendered.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1. Full Refund: A full refund of any upfront payments or deposits will be provided if a project is canceled within 7 days of initiation.
1.2. Partial Refund: If a project is canceled after 7 days or terminated by Kuldeep Kaware, a partial refund may be provided, taking into account any work already completed, costs incurred, and the terms of the project agreement.
2. Refund Process
2.1. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, you must notify us in writing via email at email@example.com with a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
2.2. Refund Approval: Refunds are subject to approval based on the circumstances of the cancellation or termination and the terms of the project agreement.
2.3. Refund Timeframe: Refunds, when approved, will be processed within [X] business days and will be issued via the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
